Booking &
cancellation terms.
Booking a table means reserving time, space and part of our service. We therefore ask every guest to take care when confirming, changing or cancelling a reservation.
Cancellation
6 hoursFree cancellation up to 6 hours before your booking.
Possible charge
€60Per person for late cancellation or a no-show, under the terms below.
Late arrival
30 minutesWithout notice, your table can no longer be guaranteed after 30 minutes.
Cancellation
You may cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 6 hours before the booked time.
For cancellations within 6 hours of the booked time, a charge of €60 per person may apply.
The same charge may apply if you do not attend without giving notice.
No-shows
A no-show causes a real loss to the restaurant: the table remains empty while other requests may have been turned down.
In the event of a no-show, the charge specified in the conditions accepted at the time of booking will apply.
Late arrival
If you are running late, please call the restaurant.
After a delay of 30 minutes without notice, we can no longer guarantee that your table will remain available.
Card guarantee
A credit card may be required to guarantee your booking on busy days, at weekends, during holidays, for large parties or on special occasions.
The card is requested solely to protect the reservation. Any penalty will only be charged in the specified cases: a no-show without notice or cancellation within 6 hours of the booked time.
Changes to your booking
Please contact us as soon as possible to change the number of guests, time or date of your booking.
We will do our best to find a solution, subject to availability and our service arrangements.
Groups and celebrations
For large parties, events, birthdays, anniversaries or other celebrations, please agree all details with the restaurant in advance.
Specific confirmation conditions may be required in these cases.
The value of a reservation
When a table is booked, it is no longer available to other guests. The restaurant plans its service, kitchen work, staffing and purchases based in part on the reservations received.
Please let us know in good time about any changes, significant delays or if you are unable to attend.
