It all began with Annunciata, the “Nunziadêina”, who gave her name to this house and to the way we gather around the table: with simplicity, care and the good kind of stubbornness it takes to do things properly.

With Grandma Annunciata came hand-rolled pasta, slowly simmered broths and family recipes. Gestures passed down without nostalgia: they continue to live every day, in our dishes.
The family.
The craft passes from one pair of hands to the next, and every generation adds something of its own. Times and dining rooms change; care, responsibility and respect for every guest remain.
The kitchen.
A kitchen team that understands dough, the slow wait of broth, the depth of stocks and the timing of the embers. Quality begins with the ingredients, continues through precise cooking and reveals itself in clear, generous dishes, always served hot.
The dining room.
Welcoming means listening: remembering a table, recommending the right wine, knowing when to be present and when to leave space. Service should have warmth, restraint and care.
