Handmade tortellini.
Meat grilled over live fire.
Modenese tradition since 1926.
A story of Modenese cooking that began with Grandma Annunciata and has come this far without becoming a re-enactment of the past.
Memory matters only if it stays alive.
La Nunziadêina was born in Grandma Annunciata’s kitchen. Tortellini, tagliatelle, generous main courses and a certain way of gathering around the table. Today, those recipes live on, cared for and served anew every day.

Continuity
Tradition, not preserved under glass.
Some dishes remain because they belong to this house. Others change with the seasons, the market and the desire to cook.
There is only one rule: it must feel like us.
1926
It all began with Grandma Annunciata: hand-rolled pasta, hot broth and good food. Since then, cooking has been our way of welcoming people.
The family
The craft passes from one pair of hands to the next. Generations, rooms and times change; care, quality and the pleasure of welcoming people remain.
Nonantola
La Nunziadêina finds its home at Santa Maria fuori le mura, facing the Abbey: an open door, the fire lit and the table ready.
Today
The fourth generation carries on with the same determination: cooking, service and hospitality must speak one language—the language of feeling at home.
The people
Meet us.
We are a family that has been cooking and welcoming guests for four generations. Here, quality is not something we talk about: it arrives warm at the table.
